Top Star Chart continues a story that began with Inspired By Music’s independent artist activity in South London in 2010. The original ecosystem combined live showcases, artist promotion, media, radio and an audience-voted Top Star Chart.

The modern Top Star Chart brings that discovery model into a dedicated digital platform built for independent music. Listeners discover emerging artists and vote for the tracks they support. Each month the result is verified and certified as the Official Top Star Chart, building a permanent chart history for independent artists.

What we stand for

• Independent music, decided by listeners. Chart positions come from audience votes under published chart rules.
• The ranking is earned. Artists can promote their music, but they cannot buy a higher position.
• Official means verified. Results are reviewed before they are certified, and official history is preserved.
